Man United line up €42m Move, Arsenal to Splash €39m for Star

Arturo Vidal JuventusAfter winning 6 back to back games in all competitions, the English Champions stumbled again at home against Tottenham.
Manchester United are in severe need of top class players in the winter transfer window and Moyes must not waste any time in doing that.
The only concern for United supporters is that can they lure quality players in mid-season that too lying out of top 4 and above all under Moyes.
Red Devils need a midfielder without a shadow of a doubt, someone who can dominate the midfield battle, pass well, score and provides goals.
According to reports, Manchester United are looking to lure exactly the kind of star that has all the traits mentioned above.
Man United are lining up big money move for Juventus star midfielder Arturo Vidal who is rated €42m. The Chilean international has been in fantastic form this season having scored 7 league goals and provided 4 assists in 17 league appearances from center midfield.
Not only that, Vidal has scored 5 goals in 6 Champions League appearances as well. It will be really hard to lure him from the Italian Champions who are once again leading Serie A.
Diego Costa Atletico MadridOn the other hand, current premier league leaders Arsenal are badly in need of a world class striker this winter.
With no depth in the department and Giroud not up to the mark, Gunners may as falter in the second half of the season if they do not sign a prolific goal scorer.
Having failed to lure Luis Suarez in summer confusing his release clause, Arsenal are ready to activate the release clause of La Liga’s best striker Deigo Costa.
According to reports, Arsenal are to splash €39m to lure the Spanish star who has scored 19 goals in 17 league appearances. Gunners may face stiff competition from Chelsea to hire his services.
Again, signing the two mentioned stars in the winter window is going to be really hard, especially when it is the world cup year. Can Mancheser United and Arsenal somehow secure such massive deals?

  4. kobena annan-badwe says:

Is mission impossible for both clubs.
Vidal can win another Seria A trophy with Juve but it will be difficult for Man United this season.
Costa will like to be the top scorer in the La Liga since he is leading with 19 goals. He will never leave Spain for England. Since he want to be in the world cup he will prefer to be in Spain to England

  5. Hussaini Basil says:

Vidal is the man,Moyes should please do anything he can do to lure him

  6. Of course Vidal is a versatile player. I urge Mr. Moyes to splash money for new players instead he would be sacked at the end of the season for sure.

  7. Mercy says:

    Vidal? No!
    Only Alex fergusen!!!!!!
Arsenal must go for lowa & costa if they need a campion

  8. Felix manyo says:

Will be happy if he arrives oldtrafford.

  9. Oldnail says:

No chance, more pie in the sky nonsense from Moyes. There really is no fool like an old fool. Plenty of top players available who aren’t fighting for the league or who aren’t getting a game for teams winning the league(look at Jordi Martinez at Bayern) or aren’t getting CL, or both, and that includes Suarez not what United are looking for but it proves the rule.. Moyes appears to be playing FIFA 14..

  10. Phinias Koruba says:

Moyez dont keep people ears & eyez open. Just sign player and dont wait deadline. U wl bring us unwanted as u did to felain. Sign now the window wl be closed soon

  11. H2J says:

    buy him for us wenger.

  12. Isaac Onwu says:

Man utd is in a very dangerous position but the management is not doing anything to save the situation. It does not stop at showing interest in players instead, in signing them. How long shall we tolerate this lacklustre performance? Let the management do something to bring joy to our battered minds again. United for life!

  13. Phils Kome says:

Moyes its your style to talk more and do less, like what you did by bring felani instead of a world class player. You think manu fans are few in the world?we are fully disappointed in your administration, pls buy buy world classplayers , we are up to it. Buy strker, midfielder, leftback and fullback. Don’t foreget most of our players are down with injuries.

  14. touljier says:

One player that needs to be shown the exit. Is David M. He is as useless as a wet fart that comes out dry! He cannot be called a dissapointment as he has achieved nothing in his professional coaching career. He is just a limp, lame and dynamicless coach that is rubbing his ways off on our players and the way we are playing today.
He is the kind of coach that should rather be coaching a team in the relegation zone as it will be his biggest achievement yet, not coaching a team as big as Manchester United.

  15. Gibran says:

Sir Alex really messed things up bringing Moyes in just as Moyes did during the transfer window, we need Moyes to act bring players in good players n not likes of Fellaini. Remember Mozilla was ready for United bt he said we ddnt need him. Moyes should act right and fast

  16. Oli says:

Vidal is playing regularly at the best club in Italy, why would he want to move to some midtable shitty manchester club, also Arsenal can trigger a release clause in Costa’s contract for £32m.

  17. Silostrike says:

Giroud do not match with standard of arsenal play, we need a sharp and clinical striker that can take on defenders, if arsenal shuld employ the service of costa in dis window transfer winning the EPL will be for sure GUNNERS FOR EVA
