Sitting 7th in the premier league, eleven points behind table toppers Arsenal and five behind final CL spot, the English Champions desperately need new quality faces.
The two most significant departments they need to fix this winter are midfield and defense.
Midfielder surely should be the priority as they have lost the battle there many a times this season and have lost to weaker oppositions for the same reason.
However, defense is a major concern as well, especially left back and it looks likely that the Red Devils may as well lure on this month.
David Moyes has been heavily linked with signing one of his own in the form of Baines but according to reports there is a better option available.
According to Mirror, Man United can sign Real Madrid star Coentrao for $20m. If that is really the case then Moyes must move quickly to secure his services.
Arsenal on the other hand are looking to lure a striker this month. With the likes of Walcott, Giroud and Bendtner injured lately, Gunners are seriously weak in that position.
Moreover, the current crop are not even good enough to win them the premier league crown after 10 long years. Hence the only solution is a new striker and fans hope it will be a permanent one this time around.
Arsenal are looking to lure Colombian star and Porto’s striker Jackson Martinez who may cost them around or over $50m.
Martinez has been scoring for fun in Portugal for the second season running and is widely regarded as one of the best finishers around.
Can Manchetser United and Arsenal lure their targets this winter, only time will tell.

Is just a deception, it ll be very very hard for wenger to put his hand and splash out 50m for an attacker who ll come and bench this toothless attacker (giroud), my hope is for us to win even FA so zt z pain in our heart ll reduce.
