Arsenal Star Overtakes Trio to Become Assist Leader

Arsenal’s record signing Mesut Ozil has been heavily criticized lately for his performances but the German bounced back in style against Cardiff with a fantastic display.
Ozil was influential on the day as he provided two sublime assists for Ramsey and Flamini to help Arsenal earn all three points and increase their lead to 7 points at the top.
With the two assists, the Arsenal star has overtaken three players to become the assist leader in the English premier league.
Liverpool’s Steven Gerrard, Manchester United’s Wayne Rooney and Everton’s Kevin Mirallas were joint leaders with 5 assists and Ozil now has 6 having played 3 games less as he only signed on deadline day.
