Shinji Shines – Man United Player Ratings vs Real Sociedad

Shinji Shines - Man United Player Ratings vs Real SociedadManchester United might be inconsistent in the league but are going well in Europe for now as a victory against Real Sociedad puts them on top of the group.
The Red Devils were lively but again not so prolific as they needed an own goal to earn all three points against the Spanish side.
David Moyes made certain changes in the team that started against Southampton. Star striker Robin van Persie was replaced by Javier Hernandez who was bright in the first half but faded away in the second.
Summer signing Fellaini was ousted to be replaced by veteran Giggs who was easily more effective than the Belgian in midfield.
On the other hand, Japanese international Shinji Kagawa was handed a rare start by Moyes and he did not waste the opportunity to impress the boss. Troubled Sociedad’s defense but should have scored as well with the chances he got.
This was the first time Kagawa played full 90 minutes of a game for Manchester United this season.
Rooney was once again United’s best player as he set up the only goal of the game and was fantastic on the counter attack.
Here are Man United’s player ratings vs Real Sociedad.
