Players like Mata, Willian, Eto’o, Mikel and Luiz were not in the starting lineup against City and are expected to start tomorrow. Shows the quality they have got.
Arsenal are likely to bring back club captain Vermaelen to starting XI, vice-captain is suspended and influential Flamini injured. Hence, they have to start with key players Ramsey and Wilshere in the center to win midfield battle.
Not to forget, Gunners have to face perhaps the most important league fixture on Saturday against Liverpool who will have a whole week to rest and prepare. Therefore, star player Ozil may as well be benched and Cazorla is likely to start behind Giroud.
Again Bendtner is available but Arsenal need the quality of Giroud to unlock Chelsea’s solid defense. Here is Arsenal’s possible XI who will face Chelsea.
