However, a young boy took matters into his own hands and scored twice to rescue Red Devils from further misery.
His superstar performance has attracted interest from top clubs like Barcelona and Manchester City. Manchester United are sweating that they may lose the starlet.
English champions will have to pay hefty wages to keep hold of the 18 year old Belgian star.
The question is, just how much money will be enough to keep him. What will be his new contract.
Metro believes that United are looking to pay Adnan Januzaj as much as 50,000 pounds per week to make sure he does not listen to other top clubs.
Daily Mail has other ideas and claims that United are offering 60,000 pounds per week.
The mentioned wages are really very high for an 18 year old boy but United just have to pay him big because vultures are circling.
The exact amount is still not confirmed but a new contract is inevitable. Can Manchetser City or Barcelona detract the youngster with wages even higher than the ones mentioned above. May be, only time will tell.

THAT WILL BE THE SAME SITUATION WITH W. ZAHA AND SHINJI KAGAWA.

Mr David moyes! U must make sure u keep januzaj as well as other united young stars like zaha, kagawa,powel and others cos they are really promising. More over u did not sign any so make do with what u have. Ur training is too hard, it causes injuries and tiredness in the players dats y we hav’nt performed wel since u came!
Basically we need to wait to see if Mr. Moyes has what it takes, even though I feel a manager shows his intent from day 1. Leaving Shinji on the bench when Rooney was out shows that Mr. Moyes does not appreciate creativity. At least Nani and Adnan got into the team and UTD need more of this quality. I reckon UTD need to off load ( if they find takers ) Young who is on 130,000 a week and get Adnan sorted for 50,000 as he is an asset and in a few years be worth over 70 mill. Really do not know how they have not learnt from the POGBA episode.
That’s being too much rude i think David has made a number of mistakes in his first games as Man Utd manager mostly through too much rotation of his squad which has really coasted him and all of us as Man Utd fans.
my only prayer is that he stops this as soon as possible or else he is likely to face a disaster which will cost him much more in reputation and results. other wise i still have hope in him as a coach.
