Cesc Considering United as Arsenal Waste Time on Suarez

Cesc Considering United as Arsenal Waste Time on SuarezArsenal fans should really be worried as their beloved club is trying to sign Liverpool star Luis Suarez without much serious intent. On the other hand, their former captain Cesc Fabregas is now considering Barcelona exit in favor of a move to Manchester United.

Reports suggest that Cesc is considering United as Arsenal waste time on Suarez with non-serious offers. Their latest bid of £40,000,001 has been reportedly rejected by Liverpool instantly.

The Merseysiders are reluctant to sell their star man for a price less than what he is truly worth. Moreover, having witnessed Suarez’s compatriot Edinson Cavani join PSG for a mammoth sum of 64 million Euros, Reds are never going to let Suarez go for cheap despite his demand for exit. Former LFC star John Aldridge believes that Arsenal bids seem as if just a publicity stunt.

Arsenal’s offer for Suarez is more than enough to land Cesc Fabregas but gunners need a striker more than they need another midfielder. Therefore, the move for Liverpool talisman makes sense but the bids do not.

Suarez is an equally brilliant striker if not better than Cavani and Rodgers only recently claimed that he is at least worth 55 million pounds. Yet Arsenal keep coming up with bids perhaps well aware of the fact that it will be rejected.

Meanwhile, Sources close to Fabregas suggests that the midfielder s interested in joining Red Devils for regular football. The Spaniard is a regular starter for Barca as he started 29 league games last season. However, in those 29 games Cesc was substituted 16 times.

United are desperate to sign a quality center midfielder to replace legendary Paul Scholes and Fabregas fits the bill. Having already lost the battle to lure Alcantara, United have made Cesc’s signing as their top priority.

The second 35 million pounds United bid may as well be accepted by Barca. The ball will then be in Fabregas’s court to make a final decision. Arsenal should wake up now before they lose out on both Cesc and Suarez.

Yes, Arsene Wenger and his Arsenal are just wasting their time. This money can buy fabregas, and Higain and even loan three players on top. So any sourse close to Arsene Wenger should try and advise him that the other teams are signing all the players in the market and they’ll get finished if he doesnt hurry up. But Suarez is not for sale.

Typical Arsene Wenger, found a new way to fool the supporters. PRomised to spend big and then bidding for players they cannot possibly sign. In the end he can say, atleast i tried to sign. RUbbish

I completely support Wengers srategy, we should sign Suarez even if we have to go to £45 million, he is a fantastic player. Who cares about his attitude, RVP had a terrible attitude when we signed him. If Barcelona accept Uniteds bid, we will immediately match, and Fabregas would sign for Arsenal, he loves the club!

I believe it is just a way to divert the media’s attention. Everyone knows how Wenger likes to conduct his transfers totally out of the blue.

Wenger is so joking with our sense if he want alter his promise let him do it directly,a world is in full of wise pupils.

  6. Its out of Liverpools hands if the bid is over £40 million according to the contract if such a bid comes in it has to be offered to the player,a lot depends on what his wages are to be because it is likely to be more than Arsenal have payed before and Suarez had a healthy payrise from £40,000 to £110,000 when he signed his last contract which has 2 years left to run,but Suarez wants champions league football so depending on the small print IMO Suarez will sign for Arsenal,as for Fabregas to Arsenal that wont happen they want a striker not a midfielder and half of his signing on fee to United would go to Arsenal again due to the clauses in the contract ,who would pay that I dont know,SO to round this off Fabregas to United would be in Arsenal favour and would help to fund their signing of Suarez!!

You could call it a publicity stunt… but, I don’ think so. Having been an Arsenal fan since I can remember, I have gotten to know the club I support very well.
Knowing the club so well, what do I make of this £40,000,001 bid?
    1) Never rule out the possibility it’s not true
    2) The Arsenal I know have always been reluctant to spend over £15 – £20 million. The pressures on this year and Arsenal do want to make a marquee signing, but from what I can see they are still trying to get the cheapest price possible.
It is more likely that Arsenal are trying to get Suarez to do the work for them. Having paid the amount to activate this supposed clause in his contract, that means Liverpool now have to inform Suarez of the bid.
Suarez can either choose to stay with Liverpool, or he can hand in a transfer request. I will guarantee you the moment he hands that transfer request in, he will instantaneously become the most hated man in Liverpool. The KOP won’t want Suarez about and will most definitely boo him come the start of the season. Will Liverpool really keep him if he hands in that transfer request? probably not. Will his value drop? most definitely.
On the other hand why hasn’t Suarez said anything so far? Obviously Suarez has stated he wants to play somewhere else next season. Suarez doesn’t seem to be pushing the agenda on a move to Arsenal, maybe thats because Arsenal isn’t where his heart lies. My guess, the reason Suarez hasn’t and probably won’t hand in a transfer request for Arsenal is because he is waiting for Real Madrid to make their offer.
In steps HIguain. Apparently the richest club in the is waiting to offload Higuain before they buy Suarez. More likey, Ancelotti is trying to decide which one he would rather have. Higuain does want to leave with Arsenal and Napoli his most likely destinations. Well, let me my correct myself. Arsenal was a likely destination, before Real upped his worth and Arsenal started bidding for Suarez, who they probably knew Madrid were after.
This is really quite a mess.
In a Dream world Arsenal would land Suarez, Napoli get Higuain, leaving Real all their funds for Gareth Bale.
In reality, Napoli will probably land Higuain, Suarez will go to Real, Bale will stay at Spurs 🙁 and Arsenal will still have Yaya Sanogo.
HOWEVER, like i’ve been saying for years. Arsenal have never had a problem scoring goals, it’s what we do better than most in the premier league. Arsenal scored 6 more than Manchester City and they finished second.
It’s Arsenal’s defending that we should all be paying attention too. Although we conceded less than every other team bar City, I’m still not convinced Arsenal are capable of holding a lead or a clean sheet and it shows. Arsenal drew and lost more games than any other in the top 4. It’s all down to sloppy defending and the lack of a quality defensive midfielder, like Fellaini *HINT! HINT!*
I remember a lot of the goals we conceded were down to sloppy defending. Backline too far forward (Mertersacker), defenders falling over (Sagna and Vermealen). Obviously Kocsienly and Gibbs have still got some experience to catch up on, so I won’t blame them as much.
A class Centre Half to lead the line is what Arsenal need, someone to show Koscienly the ropes.
Sort out the defence and then go buy a Striker please Wenger LISTEN TO ME!!!

It would seem as I was writing my comment, Higuain landed in Rome for his medical with Napoli and Liverpool are apparently trying to out bid Tottenham for Valencia’s Soldado.
Higuain to Arsenal seems to be over and are Liverpool readying for life without Suarez?
Earlier I said, should Higuain go to Napoli Suarez will go to Real. The optimist in me hopes after reading Real are ready to pay £130 million pounds for Bale, that will leave Suarez for Arsenal, and not to mention Fellaini’s buy clause expires soon, will Arsenal make a last minute bid??
