Former Arsenal captain Cesc Fabregas has been recently linked with Manchester United. Reports suggest that Spaniard will replace retiring legend Paul Scholes and join his ex-team mate Robin van Persie at Old Trafford next season. However it is highly unlikely that Cesc will look for such a move.
Fabregas has reiterated many times that he is happy at Barcelona. He loves his boyhood club, recently won the league title with them and has no plans of leaving any soon. Still, if he fails to start regularly for Catalan side then Fabregas will only leave for one club i.e. Arsenal and never Manchester United.
When Robin van Persie joined United, Fabregas was shocked to witness his former team mate join rivals to compete against Arsenal for the titles. Although Cesc claimed he was shocked for some other reason but well common sense prevails, here is what he tweeted after Arsenal agreed terms for their star striker:

During his time at Arsenal, Fabregas was heavily linked with his boyhood club but never came out to disrespect Arsenal and never showed desperation to leave. Having served the North Londoners for eight long years, Cesc left as a hero and is still loved by the gunner supporters.
Joinging Manchester United will mean breaking all the bonds with Arsenal football club and its supporters who backed him to the fullest. Following in the footsteps of Robin van Persie should be last thing on his mind.
The Red Devils are looking to replace Paul Scholes and Fabregas is someone who is considered ideal for that role.
On the other hand, Arsenal fans should not get excited by rumors linking him back to Emirates as well. Ever since he has left gunners, the fans and rumors have been expecting him back sooner rather than later.
As mentioned, for now Fabregas is content playing for one of the best teams in the world that seemingly guarantee trophies. Adding to that he has started 27 league games this season and there is no reason for him to be dissatisfied as far as things are going. However, if things do go wrong at any time, Fabregas’s priority will surely be Arsenal and not Manchester United.

1. Stipulation in his contract that says that Arsenal get 1st priority if he will ever return
2. He did actually say last year that if he does return to EPL it will be Arsenal, maybe later in the future but not now.

Fabregas has a clause in his contract that will allow Arsenal to go first if he is to be sold by Barca. (Arsenal has first refusal).
Cesc has been boldly enough to declare his loyalty to his former club Arsenal just like his predecessor King Henry who supported Arsenal he even requested his former club Barca not to play him against Arsenal coz he can’t bear the pain of playing against his hearts and club & when forced to play for a few remaining match he was dull and pale .Once a gooners always a gooners unless u have a heart of Adebyegon.I know RvP enjoys playing for manures and it was shocked for everyone a part from greedy hyena who lets that happened and He (RvP) who desperately accept to wear that shirts but let’s move on though i respects Nasri more than RvP and Adebyegone who chosen to joins City rather than man u who were so desparate to sign him.

He has achieved a cult status at Arsenal and has the potential to become a legend.He is loved by the fans and if he considers a move it may be worth considering a return to former club. RVP is considered a traitor but he is loved here.

There are many players like him BUT his mind is more than his legs and he is undoubtedly unique. i have too much respect for Fabrigas and Gerard in the football history i saw for 30 years. Why Arsenal supporters respect him when he leave for Barcilona??? the answer is simple .it is because he is a unique man every time. i never think he go for money more than his beloved suporters , surely he will be again arsenal’s heart
